Dr. Reema Kotian

Dr. Reema Kotian, the founder of CoreFlex, is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a Master's degree in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy.

With seven years of experience, including two years at Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital and on-field work with Wings Football Club, Mumbai, Dr. Reema brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to patient care. Her holistic approach ensures comprehensive rehabilitation, utilizing techniques like Mulligan Mobilization, Kinesiotaping, Dry Needling, and both Mat and Reformer Pilates.

Before establishing CoreFlex, she worked as a freelance therapist, specializing in Total Knee Replacements, ACL and Meniscus Injuries, Sports Injuries, Post-Fracture Rehabilitation, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, and Pre and Post-Natal Care.

Dr. Reema collaborates closely with leading orthopedic surgeons to deliver the best care possible for her patients.
